Nestled along the Dubai Water Canal, this limited collection of residences, designed by Bernardo Fort Brescia with interiors by Meyer Davis, evokes the refined ambiance of a luxury yacht. With private elevators, smart home technology, and dedicated 24/7 concierge and butler services.
The building's striking exterior, conceptualized by Bernardo Fort Brescia of Arquitectonica, draws inspiration from the natural forms of Dubai's landscape – the curvaceous desert dunes and flowing ocean waves.

Living room & Show kitchen
We've elevated the living room with a striking marble wall, now the undeniable focal point. We also replaced the oversized armchairs, coffee table, and dining chairs for a more streamlined look. Original design did not count on the shape of layout, and created obstructed space. To enhance the ambiance, we added genuine leather wall panels and brightened the area with an overhead light, transforming the space from gloomy evenings to a welcoming glow after sunset.
Terrace & Balcony
We've updated the terrace, focusing on new furniture and decor. We replaced the dining chairs, brought in a soft outdoor sofa with coffee tables, and added a food cart and other decor.. Balcony located on the other end of 3-bedroom apartment was empty before upgrade
Master Bedroom
We've updated this bedroom by swapping a bulky chest of drawers for a deep red, glossy sideboard with Rosso Levanto marble. The bed's base now features soft leather panels and cushions, complemented by new nightstands, pendant lights, and an overhead light.
